Find an exercise buddy for the following reasons;

- MOTIVATION
- SOMEONE TO LAUGH WITH WHEN YOU LEGS ARE SHAKING OUT OF CONTROL
- A TIME TO BOND AND RECONNECT
- A TIME TO SHOUT AT THEM 'TO MOVE THEIR FAT ARSE!'
- SOMEONE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TOO
