Get Better Tip 3: Just say it

Saying no takes real guts these days. We live in a society where saying No has become so hostile. Saying no doesn't have to be rude at all. We have to weigh up what we can do and what we can't do. I always find that there is a lot on my plate. Hence why I'm Ms Clash. Sometimes instead of saying the obvious NO when someone wants to add more to my overspilling plate, I say Yes.
Do i do it, proberly but i pushed myself too hard on something that could of waited for another time, day or completed by someone else. It's not always that because you just dont have the time to do that particular thing. It's learning that to do things right and to a level of excellence rushing it won't produce that always.
Learn to say No as well if in 2009 you became the fall back on dude/chick. Yes you are reliable and love what you do but people should respect you enough to give you warning of work that needed your expert eye. Lastminute.com's (basically people who wait till the last minute to ask you) Yes if you can help them out. No when it because you feel guilty or  you have always become the person that picks up all the pieces.
